A factory built around your brief — not the other way around.

Evergreenpak is a service-based packaging factory in Xiakezhuang, Qingdao. We design, tool, print and ship paper & polymer cup-and-carrier systems for foodservice, beverage and retail brands across thirty countries. Every order is run by a named account manager from first sketch to sea freight.

We treat packaging
as a service we render,
not a product we sell.

The trade is full of factories that quote a SKU and forget you exist until the next PO. We chose a different posture from day one: we read the brief, we sit with the use-case, and we build the cup the brand actually needs — even when that means tooling a private mold, retiring a profitable line, or saying no to a margin we’d otherwise take.

Listen first.

Every project opens with a 30-minute brief call. We don’t quote until we understand the use, the volume curve, the brand voice, the landed-cost target, and the tolerance for risk.

One named owner.

One account manager and one production engineer stay on your file from sample to after-sales. No bouncing between departments. No “let me check with my colleague.”

Honest dates, honest numbers.

If we can’t ship it in four weeks, we say six. If a price is at our floor, we publish the cost stack. We’d rather lose a deal than burn a relationship.

Build the next decade.

The factory is named evergreen because we expect it to be here in 2050. Every capex, every hire, every spec is judged against that horizon — not the quarter.

Six things a service-based
factory does differently.
